Mullocks Auctions are celebrating 25 years of business and would like to take this opportunity to thank all its customers for their continued support. We are now pleased to announce exciting plans to move the business forward, which starts with relocating to a new premises in Telford.
The new premises will bring business under one roof, and we hope this will improve your customer experience. While we will still be continuing with our successful and popular online auctions for the foreseeable future, we will in the near future be in a position to offer customers an opportunity for viewings on site by strict appointment only, when the business has settled into its new facility.
The business is excited to enter this period of change with our new owner Ben Jones, whose overarching aim is to provide an efficient, bespoke and friendly service. Ben Jones purchased the business in 2020, with plans to invest in and improve client experience and accessibility, with more exciting changes planned for the near future.
Understandably, there will be changes over the next few months and into the start of 2023. With the move due to take place in the month of October, we appreciate your understanding during this transitional period.
We will be maintaining all contact channels as usual, telephone numbers and emails will remain the same and in operation throughout the relocation. Any changes in contact details will be updated as the process continues forward.
