1945 & 1946 Oxford v Cambridge Varsity Match Rugby Programmes (2): Nice pair, the quite rare first official post-WW2 match, 1945, back at Twickenham, a lttle smaller than the pre-war issues but on the same pattern, and the last such; and the glossy magazine-type ‘ahead of its time’ edition for 1946 from Programme Publications. Cambridge won the first, Oxford the second. Mickey Steele Bodger played in both, as did several Oxford ‘Dominions’ men, with C D Williams, later of Wales, a 1945 Dark Blue. G/VG
