One to the NZRFU from John Tallent of the Four Home Unions on 22nd Dec., referring to their record and wonderful attacking rugby and wishing them a Merry Christmas, as does NZ Governor General Arthur Porritt in the other, sent to manager Charlie Saxton at Auckland Airport on the team’s landing on 21st Dec.
