Rare 1909 France v Wales rugby itinerary - this being the first ever away game by Wales in Paris – c/w the original front cover (lacking back cover) but complete with the 4 page itinerary together with details of the Welsh team, some thumb stains and sellotape marks – a rare and early Welsh artefact - overall 4.25” x 2.5”. Note in 1909 Wales became the first country to win back to back Triple Crowns having played England in January and Scotland on the 6th February Wales then played France in Paris on the Tuesday 23rd February – and finally playing their last match against Ireland on 13th March to win the Championship.
