REEL: Allcock Aerial 4” narrow drum Centrepin reel, 6 spoke with tension regulator and drum release, front flange stamped “Patent” with 8 large holes, solid rear flange, see through drum with internal calliper check and blue steel pawl, twin white crazed handles, correct smooth brass foot stamped “1254”, backplate on/off check button, and further stamped “The Allcock Aerial” in maker’s circle logo, retains virtually all dark lead finish, spins true, no wobble, dating c1920.
