Titled 'Report on the commissioners' appointed by the Punjab Sub-committee of the national Indian Congress. Contents include - Sir Michael O'Dwyer administration, Martial Law, Satyagraha, Martial law in Punjab Districts - Amritsar, Lahore etc, and Conclusion. A rare title, this is probably the first ever book published on the infamous massacre with many illustrations (19) and two Maps, with some minor tears so pages, otherwise a good clean example.
