Fine and early Staffordshire ceramic cricket figure of George Parr (Nottinghamshire) c1860 - showing bowler Parr standing beside a wicket, a cricket bat and holding a red cricket ball, wearing a flat a brown hat, pink bow tie, spotted shirt, brown sash and white trousers and jacket to one side – overall 13” – note 2x small firing cracks, one between the blazer and feet to the front and another on the rear between the right arm and body, a small chip to the base.
