Scarce and early Goodwin and Harris “Metropolitan Scenery” cricket series blue and white ceramic meat drainer c1820 – featuring a cricket scene to the foreground and a view of Windsor Castle in the Back ground –and impressed on the reverse with no. 16 - overall 13.25x 10.75” – note a hairline crack from the centre towards to 1 o’clock and another crack on the reverse but not visible to the front.
