WWII – Eva Braun, wife of Adolf Hitler A small diary for 1940 bearing the yellow metal clover leaf emblem of Eva Braun to front cover, and signed by her with the address ‘Munchen/Wasserburger Str.12/ 480073’ to inside page, together with interlinked clover leaves with two lady birds surmounting the written signature and address. The original pencil is still present. Fine condition. The diary is otherwise blank. It was issued, clearly as a promotional item by Mari Braun (? relative) ‘Feine Damen moden/Munchen/Residenzstr. 6/11.’ The item comes with a photocopy of a letter of provenance (in German) by IlseFucke-Michaels, and a colour page from a previous German auction catalogue showing this, and a few other items associated with Eva Braun.
