John Blair (Scottish 1850-1934) LUNDIN LINKS GOLF COURSE – watercolour inscribed and signed – image 6.75 x 10.25” – mf&g overall 16x 19” Lundin Links village in Fife is best known for its two golf courses which includes the oldest woman's golf course in the world.Note Born at Hutton, near Berwick upon Tweed in 1850, Blair was an Edinburgh artist who worked largely in watercolour, producing topographical views on the east coast, including Edinburgh and the Borders. Blair exhibited regularly from 1870 until 1920, including 83 works at the Royal Scottish Academy.
